Showered me with thoughts of positivity
Kept me sane in times of uncertainty

For gracing me with your florescent beauty
My love may not possess enough affection & appreciation

Without you I’m a lost cause in this generation
It started out as a fascination
Arousing my imagination painting a picture of
An exhilarating vibrant emotion
Ndlovukazi mfazi wezizwe bare me a child named Lwazi
Knowledge of our great ancestors Umphati we’sibongo sami
Honestly Ung’kakwazi but I feel like I’ve known you for an eternity
Am I naïve? Maybe, gullible? Most certainly
In a way that I’m riddled by your love
I kneel down and pray to the heavens above
Because ma’nginawe I’m free like a spirited dove
